1 Building Use Policies: The renting party agrees to follow all Building Use Policies, and is fully responsible for the care
of the church building and property during scheduled event(s). The Building Use Policies are attached.
2 Set-up and Take-down: The renting party assumes responsibility for all set-up and take down. Set-up and take down time should
be established at the time of rental arrangements. The renting party will see that the property is left in the condition and arranged
as they found it.
3 Alcohol: Please refer to the Building Use Policies regarding serving alcohol. Under no circumstances can alcohol be sold
on the premises.
4 Custodial Services: Routine custodial services are included with the building rental. Additional fees may apply for special
services e.g. assistance with set-up or take down, non-routine cleaning such as picking up flower petals strewn at weddings.
5 Sanctuary Sound System: As part of sanctuary rental agreement, MCCA will provide a Sound Technician for basic sound support
in the sanctuary. The renter must arrange all sound and/or video needs with our Sound Engineer prior to each event. Consultation
with our Sound Engineer may be coordinated through our Administrative Assistant, 512-291-8601
· Basic sound support (standard console set-up and stage cabling, and up to 4 inputs) for up to two hours is included with the sanctuary
rental fee. This includes the rehearsal.
· More complex sound and/or video support is available at additional fees. Please see the “Supplemental Services and Equipment Rental
Fees” portion of the fee schedule.
6 Candles:
· MCCA will provide two standard altar candles as part of sanctuary rental.
· Renters must provide any additional candles. Drip less candles are preferred. Non-drip less candles must be set on top of a tray
or plate to prevent soiling the altar clothes.
7 MCCA prohibits the throwing of rice. Wild bird seed is an acceptable alternative
8 Deliveries must be coordinated through the church office, 512-291-8601. Please arrange to have someone meet delivery personnel
outside of standard office hours. The MCCA office is open Tuesday through Friday 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

- DAMAGE DEPOSIT, MINUS ANY DEDUCTIONS FOR DAMAGE, WILL
BE REFUNDED WITHIN TWO WEEKS AFTER THE EVENT
· Cancellation up to one month in advance: all fees are refunded
- Cancellation less than one month in advance:
- 75% OF FACILITY AND SERVICE FEES are refunded
